Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions form a binding legal agreement between LFP Collective Ltd (trading as "Clitoverse") ("Promoter") and any person holding or using a ticket to the Clitoverse event ("Event"). This agreement applies regardless of whether the ticket was purchased by the user or received via transfer. By acquiring or using a ticket, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions and any other applicable policies issued by the Promoter via its website (https://www.clitoverse.com.au), signage at the Event, official communications, or the ticketing platform.

GENERAL TERMS

  1. No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. Refunds will not be offered under any circumstances, including changes to artist line-up, venue, dates, weather conditions, or personal circumstances.

    • If the Event is rescheduled within 12 months of the original date, your ticket will be valid for the new date.

    • If the Event is not rescheduled within 12 months, the ticket may be transferred to a designated replacement event at the Promoter's discretion.

  2. Revocable License: Your ticket is a revocable license that can be withdrawn at any time without refund.

  3. Age Restriction: All attendees must be 18 years or older. Valid Australian government-issued photo ID and a secondary form of identification are required for entry.

  4. Lost or Damaged Tickets: Tickets will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or damaged. Treat your ticket like cash.

  5. Wristbands: Official wristbands must be worn at all times. Damaged or tampered wristbands are void and will not be replaced. Entry without a wristband will result in eviction.

  6. Event Access: Tickets grant access only to designated festival areas. Access to other zones is restricted.

  7. Boundary Compliance: Stay within festival boundaries. Unauthorized entry into restricted areas may result in prosecution.

  8. Line-up & Schedule Changes: Artist line-up, set times, ticket prices, and other event particulars are subject to change without notice.

  9. Security & Staff Direction: You must comply with all instructions from Event staff and security personnel.

  10. Behaviour Standards: Disrespectful, aggressive, dangerous, or discriminatory behaviour will not be tolerated. This includes but is not limited to racist, sexist, violent, or antisocial conduct. The Promoter reserves the right to evict offenders without refund.

  11. Search on Entry: Security reserves the right to conduct bag checks, pat downs, and other searches upon entry or during the Event. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry or removal from the site.

  12. Prohibited Items: The following are strictly prohibited:

    • Glass items of any kind

    • Pets or animals (except service dogs)

    • Illegal substances or drug paraphernalia

    • Weapons, tasers, pepper spray

    • Fireworks, flares, handheld lasers

    • Drones or audio/video recording devices (excluding mobile phones)

    • Professional photography equipment (unless accredited)

    • Excessive alcohol (max 1x 6-pack of beer or premix per person)

    • Large furniture, couches, or lounges

    • Political, offensive, or race-related materials; club patches

    • Commercial signage or advertising

    • Nitrous oxide and other prohibited gases

  13. Illicit Substances: Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs will result in immediate removal and potential police involvement.

  14. All-Weather Event: The Event will proceed rain, hail, or shine unless deemed unsafe by the Promoter.

  15. Risk Acknowledgement: You acknowledge the inherent risks of attending a large-scale outdoor event. You attend at your own risk and release the Promoter from liability for loss, injury, or damage.

  16. Medical Emergencies: The Promoter reserves the right to arrange medical treatment or evacuation at the attendee's expense in case of injury or illness.

  17. Emergency Procedures: Follow all official directions in case of an emergency.

  18. Smoking Policy: Smoking, including vaping and e-cigarettes, is prohibited within 20 metres of food areas.

  19. Photography & Media Consent: You consent to be filmed or photographed at the Event and allow the Promoter to use such materials for promotional purposes without compensation.

  20. Environmental Responsibility: Respect the environment. Use bins, do not litter, and avoid damaging plants, animals, or infrastructure. Use only designated toilets.

  21. Post-Event Clean-Up: You are responsible for removing all personal items and waste. Unclaimed property may be discarded or donated.

  22. Nudity & Expression: The Event may include nudity or expressive activity. If this offends you, please avoid those areas.

  23. Force Majeure: If the Event cannot proceed due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control (e.g. extreme weather, fire, war, government restrictions), it may be postponed. Tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date within 12 months, and no refunds will be issued.

  24. Prohibited Items Enforcement: Any prohibited item will be confiscated without compensation. Security has discretion to remove items deemed unsafe, offensive, or illegal. Confiscated goods may be donated or destroyed.
